Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of
behaviour expected from everyone involved in our online soccer training
programme — including children, adults, parents/guardians, and coaches. Its
purpose is to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive virtual environment for
learning and participation, in accordance with safeguarding guidelines across
the UK, Ireland, and the USA.

Participants (Children & Adults)
You MUST:

Join sessions on time and be prepared to take part.
·
Wear suitable sportswear and train in a safe, clear
area.
·
Treat coaches and fellow participants with respect
and courtesy.
·
Use appropriate and respectful language at all
times (spoken and written).
·
Follow the coach’s instructions and ask if you
don’t understand something.
·
Let a coach or staff member know if you feel
worried, unsafe, or uncomfortable.
·
Log in using your real name.
·
Keep your camera on, where possible, to support
engagement and safety.
You MUST
NOT:

Record, screenshot, or share any part of a session
without permission.

Engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or
discrimination.

Use or display inappropriate content, gestures, or
language.

Join a session using someone else’s name or
account.
·
Share session links, passwords, or access with
anyone not enrolled.

Make sure your child has a safe and clear space for
training.

Support your child in setting up their device
before each session.

Supervise or be nearby during sessions,
particularly for younger children.

Encourage your child to follow this Code of
Conduct.

Raise any concerns with The Challenge organisers as
soon as possible.

Do not disrupt or intervene in sessions unless
required for your child’s wellbeing.
